How about a rack, which can be accessed in real time via an information board? A rack that signals, in combination with a display, the exact location of the required item? And all of this is centrally accessible on a monitor?
With the iDISPLAY and iTERMINAL, this is now possible. Both systems can be integrated into our RFID Kanban systems, ensuring maximum transparency and efficiency in production supply.

The iDISPLAY is our digital rack display, which is connected to our ERP system and offers numerous functions directly on the #Kanban rack that make everyday work easier and more productive.
Information just where you need them: iDISPLAYrack
The iDISPLAY operates completely autonomously at the storage location and provides up-to-date data that can be called up quickly, easily and directly at the storage location: Starting with article number, article text, fill quantity and storage location through to bin type, stock, bin availability, filling status and upcoming filling dates. As the system automatically updates itself when fundamental changes are made to master data, you are always up to date.
Replenishment orders at the touch of a button: iDISPLAYpush
The iDISPLAY enables direct ordering at bin level via the push function - within seconds at the touch of a button. Once an empty message has been triggered, the current status is displayed until refilling is complete, which means that a new order can only be placed afterwards.
iTERMINAL: digital information board
Where is the desired item? How many bins are there for this purpose and are these currently on site or are in the order? When will the next bins be filled and delivered? At which of the other storage locations is the required item? The iTERMINAL answers all these questions.
Quick item search: iDISPLAYsearch
The handling is very simple: Search. Select. Find and retrieve.
As soon as you select a specific item using the search function on the iTERMINAL's monitor, the iDISPLAY's signal lamp lights up at the corresponding storage location.
Order picking made easy: iDISPLAYpick
Through the connection between iDISPLAY and iTERMINAL, it is not only possible to initiate a search via the iTERMINAL, but also to withdraw goods using "pick-by-light".
In future, the iDISPLAY will use an LED signal to indicate where the goods required for the next work step are located and the display itself will show the quantity to be picked. Up to six picks per item can currently be displayed simultaneously and navigated by the picker on the display.
Another starting point for optimisation is the connection of the ERP system of the customer to the iTERMINAL. Pick lists of the customers can be transferred to and accessed on iTERMINAL, in order to pick them using iDISPLAY. Manual intervention is no longer necessary.

The data collected will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry and to contact you. They are then deleted.
