Introduction of Flexiforce and the ORSY®mat RT Automatic System
FlexiForce, with over 40 years of expertise, offers innovative hardware components, product sets, gate automation solutions, and panels for sectional overhead doors. Alongside numerous international locations, their domestic site also prioritises efficiency, safety, and controlled use of equipment. Therefore, they expanded their existing storage system with a new ORSY®mat RT (rotary tray) module.
Customer Requirements
At FlexiForce, the storage and handling of higher-value products required special attention. They wanted only authorised supervisors to have access to these items. These supervisors distribute the tools among the workers, ensuring they are not used unnecessarily. Additionally, they wanted all withdrawals and deposits to be fully traceable, and secure storage was required 24/7.
The Solution
Our solution to these challenges was to integrate an ORSY®mat RT rotary tray vending machine alongside the previously installed spiral ORSY®mat HX. Its compartmentalised structure allows for the separate and regulated issuance of more valuable products. Access can be tied to predefined authorisations, so only designated individuals can reach them. Detailed log files are created for every product movement, making administration simpler and more accurate, and security is also enhanced.
